gaia_crop_health_intelligence is an advanced agroclimatic dataset, developed as part of the weRpatients project, providing plant health indicators, agronomic risks and derived environmental variables, designed to optimize crop management and decision-making in precision agriculture. gaia_crop_health_intelligence is a high-value dataset intended to monitor and optimize crop health, based on daily agroclimatic data enriched with variables derived from plant stress, environmental risks and productivity.
The dataset integrates detailed geospatial information (location, crop type, phenological stage) with key indicators such as climate risk, water stress, plant vigor, fungal disease risk and potential productivity loss, and provides a holistic view of crop conditions across regions. Developed under a One Health
approach , this dataset contributes to understanding the interrelationship between plant health, ecosystems and, ultimately, the impact on the food chain and human health.
The solution has been designed according to the principles of interoperability and data governance, aligned with GAIA-X standards , including the use of advanced generative models (GAIA – Generative Artificial Intelligence Algorithms) for the generation of derived variables and agronomic scoring.
